Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, wireless sales, insurance, banking, or another customer-facing position can be helpful.

What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will:
Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers
Respond to incoming customer inquiries
Build relationships with prospective customers
Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and budget
Help customers identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle
Explain vehicle features and available options
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Respond to internet and phone leads
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
Follow up consistently with prospective customers
Help Spanish-speaking customers feel comfortable and understood throughout the buying process
Build repeat and referral business
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity
Work with management throughout the purchasing process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
