Our client is seeking an experienced **Business Analyst / EHR Stability Analyst** to support the successful deployment, stabilization, adoption, and continuous improvement of an **Electronic Health Record (EHR)** system within a healthcare environment.

Required Experience
Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts (5 years)
Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate issues appropriately (7 years)
Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures (5 years)
Engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs, evaluate current 
EHR capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend effective alternative (7 years)
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed (7 years)
Produce clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials (7 years)
Experience providing application support, preferably in healthcare environments (5 years)
Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows (5 years)
Experience participating in structured testing cycles (7 years)
Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (7 years)
Knowledge of Oracle Health / Cerner platforms and public health workflows (3 years)
Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, or web application environments (5 years)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation practices (5 years)
Support Go-Live Related Activities (2 years)
