Product Lead - Home Finance - The McNair Partnership Ltd

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Working Pattern: 4 days per week in-house

A growing digital financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development and launch of innovative digital home finance solutions in the UK market.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven product management experience in mortgages, secured lending or digital banking.
2. Strong understanding of UK mortgage regulations, affordability and responsible lending.
3. Has independently worked with ALCO (Asset and Liability Committee), and treasury.
4. Experience delivering digital customer journeys and working with technology providers.
5. Relevant professional qualifications, including CeMAP, are desirable.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
