Monday - Friday 8am - 5PM

£35K - £40K plus realistic commission, employee bonus, holiday, pension and much more

Are you currently working within Internal Sales looking to step in to a Field based role? or currently working within a Field based role but seeking a new challenge? Do you enjoy getting out on the road, knocking on doors, visiting industrial estates, and winning new business?

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing employee owned business who are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the thrill of generating new business, opening doors with new customers, and developing long-term client relationships.

This role is not for someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring. We are looking for a proactive, driven individual who is happy to get out into the market, visit industrial estates, call on factories, warehouses, manufacturers and distribution centres, and uncover new potential opportunities.

The Role

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

• Visit industrial estates, factories, warehouses, and commercial businesses to introduce services and generate new leads.

• Conduct door-to-door sales activity and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through a mixture of field sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn activity.

• Develop long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service.

• Manage your own diary and sales activity effectively using CRM systems.

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.

About You

• Proven experience within a business development, field sales, or new business sales role or similar

• Confident approaching new businesses and opening conversations with decision-makers.

• Happy to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and create opportunities from scratch as well as maintain and develop relationships.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

• Experience within hire, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Full UK driving licence required.
