Job description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Advisor to join a growing business in Dudley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and turning customer enquiries into sales. We're looking for a confident, customer-focused individual with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the motivation to achieve targets and maximise their earning potential.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations to suit their preferences, budget and requirements. You'll manage enquiries from initial contact through to purchase, prepare quotations, follow up potential sales and ensure customers receive an excellent level of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers and build strong relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and follow up outstanding enquiries.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Process orders and payments accurately.
Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service.

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable and commercially minded, with a genuine drive to succeed.

Previous experience in retail, sales or a customer-facing role would be advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales skills and build a long-term career.
