Contractor Sales Representative
USA Waste and Recycling

The Contractor Sales Representative is responsible for developing a sales territory by prospecting for new accounts, building a new customer base, and retaining customers. Travel throughout Vermont and Massachusetts is required. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Prospect new customers and develop new accounts. Maintain existing accounts and relationships. Present and promote all USA/All American services to prospects and existing customers. Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints with maximum satisfaction. Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards. Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent
~ Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
~5 years' experience in outside sales (experience in waste removal preferred)
~ Demonstrated clerical skills.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
