Customer Service and Sales Representative
to join our team. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and support you need to grow in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do
Welcome and assist customers by phone, email, and in person. Build positive relationships with new and existing customers. Answer questions and help customers with their insurance needs. Schedule appointments and follow up with clients and lead. Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on their options. Support the agency with customer service, sales, and day-to-day office needs. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Participate in training and professional development.
