Project Manager/Program Manager with Credit Card Migration Exp

Client is seeking a Project Manager/Program Manager to lead a Credit Card platform migration with a large regional bank. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale card issuance, card conversion, portfolio migration, or payment transformation programs is required.  This will be a client facing role where the ability to demonstrate leadership and manage client expectations will be as importance as overall project governance.

The ideal resource will:

• Quickly become productive and absorb a complex program environment

• Establish and maintain a detailed integrated project plan

• Drive accountability across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Lead risk, dependency, issue, and decision management

• Implement strong program governance and control mechanisms

• Manage executive-level communications and reporting

• Partner effectively with both client and internal leadership teams

• Proactively identify and mitigate scope creep

• Bring structure and discipline to program execution

This resource will partner closely with the existing PM, who has deep client knowledge, established stakeholder relationships, and credibility with the client. The role is intended to complement and strengthen the current program leadership structure by providing additional execution capacity, program rigor, and coordination across the broader initiative.
