Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: King of Prussia, PA · Hybrid
Work schedule: M-F Hybrid (4 days a week onsite/1 day remote)
Duration: 6+ Months

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, including demonstrated success managing large-scale implementations in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
* Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives, customer experience optimization, and digital customer journey mapping.
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
* Demonstrated success managing C-level and executive stakeholder relationships, including board or executive governance presentations.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities, and the proven ability to work effectively across all organizational functions and levels in a matrix environment.
* Experience with emerging digital technologies and their business applications, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Strong capability in risk management, benefits realization, and cross-program dependency management.
