Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Security Specialist to support the Insider Threat team within the Information Security organization. The role will focus on reviewing and improving data security controls across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks and assessments of data security controls.

• Review security controls and identify gaps or weaknesses.

• Work with technical teams to fix security issues and improve controls.

• Ensure security controls meet company policies and compliance requirements.

• Document findings and track remediation activities.

• Support audits by providing security control evidence.

• Monitor platform changes and ensure continued security and compliance.

• Provide guidance and best practices to technical teams.

• Report security risks, metrics, and assessment results to management.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, UEBA, DLP, and Splunk.

• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

• Knowledge of SIEM, CASB, and DSPM.

• Strong experience with cloud and on-premise data security controls.

• Experience with security assessments, risk identification, and mitigation.

• Knowledge of security policies and regulatory compliance.

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• CISSP

• GCFA

• GCFR

• CITPM

• AWS Security Specialty
