Client is seeking a Contact Center Developer for an engagement to support their Contact Center modernization initiative. (Client are migrating their AWS Connect environment into Salesforce Service Cloud Voice)
They are specifically seeking a Senior-level Amazon Connect Developer with deep contact center expertise, strong software development capabilities, and hands-on Salesforce integration experience. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role requiring demonstrated experience with:
- Amazon Connect
- Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Salesforce integrations
- API development and system integrations
- IVR and self-service solutions
- Automation and testing frameworks
- Python, Terraform, JSON, and Azure DevOps
- Technical documentation and deployment processes
