United States-Project Manager II

This is a project management role focused on driving cross-functional project alignment. The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination, aiming to revolutionize our financial operations and decision-making capabilities. You will be responsible for articulating a comprehensive project roadmap that transforms core finance functions and ensures AI-powered solutions are successfully adopted and embraced by the entire finance team.

 

What You'll Do

Project Management & Execution

• Initiation & Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for cross-functional initiatives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, with a deep understanding of the financial and accounting context.

• Execution & Control: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle. Lead project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and dependencies, with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy and alignment with financial processes.

 

Project Governance & Executive Communication

• Oversee strategic meetings, including setting the vision, developing the agenda, and ensuring productive outcomes.

• Meticulously track all follow-ups and action items from meetings, ensuring accountability and momentum.

• Manage executive communication for cross-functional projects within the Finance organization (ERP implementation experience highly preferred)

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Exposure to core finance processes and enterprise systems (ERP) with a basic understanding of financial data flows and the financial data lifecycle.

• Experience with a variety of project management, presentation, and design software.

• Significant experience in a strategic project role with a focus on digital enablement and AI.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and building relationships with senior stakeholders.

 

4 - 8 YOE , Big 4 experience. KPMG, Delliotte, EY

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, or related field).

• Experience in a role focused on technology implementation, change management, or learning and development within a finance context.

• Understanding of core finance processes and financial data lifecycle.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver technology solutions.
