Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Databricks Engineer with 10+ years of experience in data engineering and strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, PySpark, Spark, Python, and SQL.

Required Skills
10+ years of overall Data Engineering experience
Strong hands-on Databricks & Apache Spark/PySpark
Advanced Python & SQL
Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake & Medallion Architecture
Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows/Jobs
ETL/ELT and data pipeline development
AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform and cloud storage (S3/ADLS)
Data modeling and performance tuning
Git, CI/CD and DevOps

Lead-Level Skills
Technical leadership and solution/architecture design
Mentoring data engineering teams
Spark/Databricks performance optimization
Experience with DLT, Kafka/Streaming, ADF/Airflow is a plus
Banking/Financial Services experience preferred

Must be willing to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
