The ETF NAV Oversight Analyst is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the complete ETF Net Asset Value (NAV) lifecycle to ensure accurate fund accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and client deliverables. This role partners closely with internal operations teams and external clients to resolve exceptions, support fund lifecycle activities, and maintain a high level of accuracy, control, and operational excellence across all ETF-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
NAV Oversight & Validation
  • Provide daily oversight of the ETF NAV production lifecycle.
  • Validate fund activity, security pricing, and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and address NAV-related issues prior to delivery.
Reconciliation & Exception Management
  • Monitor daily cash and asset reconciliations.
  • Investigate discrepancies and breaks across fund activity and accounting records.
  • Manage exception resolution and escalate issues as appropriate.
Client Support & Inquiry Resolution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for operational and reporting-related client inquiries.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to client requests.
  • Support ongoing client relationship management through effective communication.
Financial Reporting
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and validation of financial reporting deliverables.
  • Ensure reporting outputs comply with internal controls, fund requirements, and client expectations.
  • Support audit requests and reporting reviews as needed.
Fund Onboarding & Lifecycle Support
  • Participate in the onboarding of new ETF funds and products.
  • Support fund launches, transitions, and ongoing lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational implementation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with NAV production, operations, and client service teams to support daily fund activities.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure the timely delivery of client commitments and operational objectives.
Risk Management & Process Control
  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, control, and risk mitigation across all deliverables.
  • Support remediation efforts, process improvements, and audit-related activities.
  • Ensure adherence to established operational procedures and controls.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze operational data and validate reporting outputs.
  • Prepare supporting analyses for reconciliations, exception management, and financial reporting activities.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
