Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Consultant

Pay Range: $50 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide Business Impact Analysis (BIA) projects and assessments.
• Facilitate workshops with business leaders, application owners, architects, and technology teams to identify critical business functions and dependencies.
• Evaluate financial, operational, customer, regulatory, safety, and reputational impacts associated with service disruptions.
• Determine and document Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD), and recovery priorities.
• Manage large-scale resilience, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and executive communications.
• Translate BIA findings into actionable recovery and resiliency recommendations.
• Maintain BIA methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
• Serve as the enterprise BIA subject matter expert and trusted advisor.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience with business continuity or disaster recovery.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business impact analysis and recovery strategy development.
• Relevant certifications in business continuity or disaster recovery.
