Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experiencewithin banking or financial services.
• Strong LoanIQ SMEknowledge, including LoanIQ application/data model and/or Syndicated Lending.
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ Version 7+.
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of Accounting and General Ledger concepts.
• Strong integration design, data flow, interfaces, and system architecture
• Experience with RESTful services, APIs, data feeds, and integration requirements.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, requirements, and documentation
• Experience working across Front Office, Operations, Finance, Engineering, QA, and IT
• Practical experience using AI tools in Business Analysis workflows, including documentation, stakeholder communication, reporting, and identifying AI-driven product opportunities.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI-assisted Business Analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial services compliance.
• Experience with enterprise integration and complex banking platforms.
• Ability to apply AI responsibly while maintaining governance, security, quality, and compliance standards.
