Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and AI applications, including predictive analytics, LLM-powered solutions, and agentic applications.
Build and maintain MLOps pipelines supporting model validation, versioning, monitoring, evaluation, retraining, and production reliability.
Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and real-time data processing to support AI/ML solutions.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to document methodologies, assess model performance, implement safeguards, and ensure production solutions meet project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	7+ years of development experience, including at least 4 years working on AI/ML solutions; 6–9 years of experience in Python data engineering and MLOps; and 3–5 years of experience with Databricks and AWS.
Technical Skills	Python, Machine Learning, MLOps, Databricks, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Kubernetes/EKS, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG and Vector Databases
Business / Domain Skills	Experience developing and operationalizing AI/ML solutions for enterprise business needs, including predictive analytics, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, revenue management, and data-driven decision support. Experience building and managing production-grade AI applications, including LLM-powered and agentic solutions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval, model evaluation, guardrails, and ongoing performance monitoring. Experience supporting enterprise data science and analytics workflows involving data preparation, model validation, experimentation, optimization, retraining, and model risk management within regulated or complex business environments. Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into production-ready solutions, particularly for financial services, payments, commercial card, treasury, billing, or revenue-management processes where applicable.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with mathematical optimization, causal inference, uplift modeling, and constrained recommendation systems.
Experience with agentic AI frameworks, Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, LLM fine-tuning, and AI application development.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering scalable AI solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
