JD Edwards Business Analyst

We re working with a global manufacturing organisation looking for a JDE specialist / super user to join their team in Leicester.

This is a hands-on role supporting and improving JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with a particular focus on Distribution.

Key Requirements

• Strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
• JDE Distribution specialist / super user
• 5 years ERP / Business Analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of sales orders, shipping, pricing, inventory and invoicing
• Experience with JDE configuration and system improvements
• Strong requirements gathering and functional analysis skills
• Experience with Hubble / ReportsNow
• SQL knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow, OTRS or Jira
• JDE UDOs and Orchestrations desirable
• ITIL knowledge desirable

The Role

As a JD Edwards Business Analyst, you will:

• Act as the JDE Distribution subject matter expert
• Work closely with business users and IT teams
• Gather and translate business requirements
• Analyse processes and identify improvements
• Support JDE configuration and data migration
• Support testing, implementation and training
• Develop Hubble / ReportsNow reports
• Support JDE UDOs and Orchestrations
• Assist with ERP projects, enhancements and integrations
• Provide L2/L3 functional support
• Maintain functional documentation
• 10% travel to the US

• Strong at problem solving and process improvement
• Organised and detail focused
• Confident managing multiple priorities
