Business Analyst - Insurance, DLM, Customer Journeys

Brighton / Manchester (1-2 days per week onsite)

My client is a high-profile Insurance firm looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong General Insurance / PAS experience and knowledge of Document Lifecycle Management (DLM)/Document Management Systems, Business Rules, Business Processes and Customer Journeys.

Key Requirements:

• Strong BA experience within General Insurance.
• Policy Admin System or Claims System experience.
• Experience with Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) or content management /document management systems.
• Knowledge of business rules, processes and workflow logic
• Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal and other customer touchpoints
• Experience refining requirements and automated workflows
• Strong Agile, requirements elicitation and stakeholder management experience

Nice to have:

• Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar
• Experience with ECM systems
• Understanding of metadata strategy and governance
• Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / Peoplesoft
• Immediate availability
