Location: Remote but later on-site at NYC (3 – 4 Remote then Onsite so look for locals)
Must have Active LinkedIN and Strong Commucations

Must Have Skills: HL7, IRIS, HER to Epic conversion experience, Need active Epic Bridge Certification (HL7)

Integration Analyst and Developer with expertise in HL7 and healthcare interoperability standards to support the exchange of clinical and operational data across healthcare systems.

The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, map data, and define interface requirements to design, implement, and maintain reliable system integrations.

This role involves daily collaboration with technical and operational teams in EHR, Laboratory, and Ambulatory areas.

Candidates must hold a valid Bridges Certification, have strong knowledge of InterSystems IRIS for health, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience with EHR-to-Epic conversion and healthcare data strongly preferred.
