Your new role
As a Senior SAP Developer, you will deliver development, configuration, enhancement and production support services across the agency's SAP ECC 6.0 environment. Working closely with corporate systems specialists and stakeholders across Finance, Procurement and other business areas, you will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

  • Develop and maintain SAP reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms, including RICEF and WRICEF objects.
  • Provide specialist technical support across SAP FICO, Procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex SAP defects, production issues and support requests.
  • Design and support integrations between SAP and internal or external systems, including web services and interfaces.
  • Perform code optimisation, performance tuning and technical uplift activities.
  • Provide guidance on SAP security, including roles, profiles, permissions and application access controls.
  • Contribute to ERP readiness, cloud migration planning, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • What you'll get in return
  • Australian Citizen NV1 security clearance.
  • At least five years' experience developing, configuring and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 or higher environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), including financial reporting, compliance and finance business processes.
  • Experience with SAP Procurement modules and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Proven experience developing and supporting RICEF or WRICEF objects.
  • Strong SAP troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, defect resolution and production support skills.
  • Experience supporting SAP integrations, web services, interfaces and external system connectivity.
  • Experience supporting ERP modernisation, cloud migration or large-scale business transformation initiatives will be highly regarded. Experience within the Australian Government or another large and complex enterprise environment is also desirable.
