Job Description


We are seeking a Project Manager IV to join our dynamic team supporting client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in research project management, spatial audio, binaural audio, and audio signal processing and a proven ability to plan, track, and deliver complex research projects across cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:



  • Drive planning, tracking, and reporting for spatial audio capture research projects.

  • Coordinate procurement and logistics to support researchers and engineers.

  • Enable cross-functional collaboration among research scientists, software engineers, and interns.

  • Manage schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 3-5+ years of experience in research project management with a track record of successful project completion.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate across teams.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced research or product development environments.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, (Audio) Engineering, Acoustics, Physics, or a related field.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with spatial audio, binaural audio, and audio signal processing.

  • Experience with programming languages such as Matlab, Python, C++, or Max/MSP.

  • Experience with user experience studies.

  • Experience operating in fast-paced research and product development environments.
