Pay Range: $50/hr - $56/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution across Customer Success initiatives, including digital help and knowledge management.
• Develop clear project roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
• Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Design teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 3+ years of project management experience, including project scoping, sequencing, planning, and milestone tracking.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
• Proficient in project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Confluence, Client Workspace, or similar
• Background in customer support, help content, or knowledge management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
