Job Description

Betriebstechniker / Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) | Scharbeutz, Germany | On-site We are hiring for a leading hospital located directly on the Baltic Sea coast, providing essential medical care across orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine for approximately 50,000 patients annually. Join a dedicated team within a well-established healthcare group known for its commitment to patient well-being and advanced medical practices. The Role • Independently manage and maintain electrical systems, including carrying out maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, and upgrades to ensure uninterrupted operation of technical facilities. • Respond to and reliably process incoming fault reports,Conduct regular status checks and technical rounds. • Supervise, guide, and accept work performed by subcontractors. • Actively participate in projects and contribute technical expertise to the energy management team. • Ensure legally compliant documentation of all performed tasks and participate in the on-call duty according to the schedule. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a skilled worker or master craftsman in electrical engineering (e.g., energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, operational technology, or communication and security technology). • Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of relevant regulations. • Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CAFM systems. • Enthusiasm for work, teamwork, service orientation, willingness for continuous professional development, and a valid driver's license (Class B). • Ability to analyze technical challenges quickly and solve them independently.
