Manager Quality Assurance Lead / Java / BDD

This client is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance in Engineering based in Boston, MA with a requirement of 4 days onsite. You will be joining a global investment management firm that is focused on delivering software solutions that support essential financial systems. This is a long-term contract role.

This role is fundamentally a senior leadership and delivery management position, responsible for overseeing large offshore QA teams across multiple time zones. You will set QA strategy, drive execution, and ensure consistency across multiple teams. You will provide day-to-day direction, keep teams aligned, and ensure testing work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in QA leadership / QA management roles
• Extensive experience managing large offshore teams
• Excellent with Java based testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Gherkin
• Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Development
• Experience using AI tools in testing or automation workflows
• Strong monitoring and security skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines
• Investment Trading Experience
