Apex Systems is hiring a Sr. QA Automation Test Engineer for a large Healthcare client.
Location: Fully remote anywhere in the United States

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Test Engineer to design and develop automated test scripts using various automation and scripting tools. This role involves refining acceptance criteria, executing automated tests for IT changes, conducting code reviews, and promoting test automation best practices within the engineering organization. This position is integral to ensuring quality throughout the sprint lifecycle, from development to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in PEGA RPA and 7+ years of overall testing experience. Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release validation is necessary.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Test Engineer to design and develop automated test scripts using various automation and scripting tools. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop moderately complex automated test scripts.
- Refine acceptance criteria into automated acceptance test cases and scripts.
- Execute automated test scripts and individual tests to support IT changes.
- Conduct test automation code reviews and promote best practices.
- Actively participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide status updates on assigned work items and collaborate with the team to remove impediments.
- Own quality throughout the sprint, develop and execute comprehensive test coverage, and support production readiness.
- Manage defects and perform root cause analysis.
