Deliver engaging sales training programs for new hires and existing team members
✅ Lead onboarding and help new employees ramp up quickly
✅ Track training effectiveness and employee performance metrics
✅ Develop and improve training content and learning materials
✅ Coach sales professionals to strengthen skills and performance
✅ Stay current on sales trends and best practices
✅ 2+ years of Sales Training, Corporate Training, or similar experience
✔ Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices
✔ Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills
✔ Experience measuring training success and employee performance
✔ Comfortable using e-learning platforms and Microsoft Office
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR equivalent sales leadership experience
