IT Business Analyst

IDR is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Irving, Texas. This role focuses on supporting operational and international teams through the development, automation, and data analysis of software-based applications. The position involves collaborating with manufacturing and operational departments across multiple countries to improve efficiency and decision-making processes.

Position Overview for the IT Business Analyst:

• The IT BA will support our operational and international teams by building and maintaining software-based applications.
• You will build scripts for automating processes and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Turning operational data into dashboards and overviews.
• Automate recurring processes is what you love to do.
• Your contribution to the team is big, because your work will increase our speed of decision making in these processes. This role involves working closely with manufacturing and operational departments in various locations to deliver robust solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements for the IT Business Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT BA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields
• Strong proficiency and concrete work experience in creating dashboards and overviews
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI and Python for database querying and data manipulation
• Familiarity with visualization tools and experience with AI or advanced analytics is a plus
