Required Skills

Strong experience in Workday Financials
Expertise in General Ledger (GL), AP, AR, Procurement, and Expense Management
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
Experience developing inbound and outbound integrations
Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services (WWS), REST, and SOAP APIs
Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and Web Services
Ability to create Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
Experience with Calculated Fields and Prism Analytics
Strong SQL and database querying skills
Experience with Workday security configuration and business process setup
Knowledge of financial workflows and accounting principles
Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems like SAP, Oracle, ADP, or banking systems
Familiarity with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica
Experience in UAT, SIT, deployment, and production support
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for integrations and reports
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and Git/version control tools
Workday Financials or Integration Certification preferred
