IT Applications Developer/Sr Developer | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve processes, security, and performance.
• Support the development of coding standards and adhere to best practices.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• Proficiency in Full Stack Development with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle, Hibernate) and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with build/deployment tools such as Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
