Join us as a Product Owner (Deposits)

• We're looking for a highly commercial, deeply technical Product Owner to join our Deposits mission
• You'll be putting the customer at the heart of our plans, constantly improving their digital journey
• In this role, you'll own a critical product domain (such as Acquisition, Growth, or Retention) across our suite of deposit products

What you'll do
As a Product Owner, you'll lead a cross functional squad to build the customer journeys and backend integrations that acquire new customers and keep them engaged.
You'll also be:

• Owning a domain end to end - you'll drive the strategy and execution for your specific stage of the customer lifecycle (e.g. supercharging acquisition or driving long-term retention) across our deposit products
• Leading a cross stack squad - you'll work closely with engineers and designers, seamlessly shifting from designing frictionless front end customer journeys (like onboarding or referral loops) to detailing the backend architecture, data pipelines, and API integrations needed to power them
• Driving Growth & Experimentation - you'll run rapid A/B tests, launch targeted features, and optimise user flows to continuously move the needle on your domain's core objectives and target outcomes
• Obsessing over the numbers - you'll use data to ruthlessly prioritise. Depending on your domain, you'll track and optimise conversion funnels, customer acquisition costs (CAC), retention rates, and lifetime value (LTV)

The skills you'll need
To join us in this role, it'll be beneficial to have experience working in a BaaS / Saas environment andin a dual track agile environment, balancing ongoing product discovery with rapid technical delivery.
You'll also be expected to have:

• A focus on the customer. You constantly speak to users, map out their journeys, and find novel ways to solve their lifecycle pain points
• Expertise in Growth / Lifecycle. You have proven experience owning a specific product domain (Acquisition, Growth, or Retention) and driving measurable impact in those areas
• Deposits knowledge. You have strong domain expertise in retail banking or fintech, specifically understanding the commercial levers of Savings and Current Accounts
• Technical expertise. You don't just write tickets; you understand system architecture, data models, and API integrations, holding your own in technical discussions with your engineering lead partners
• The ability to move fast and work in a high growth environment, bias heavily towards action, and believe in shipping iteratively to get feedback quickly
