Location: Hybrid, Milton Keynes area (minimum 60% onsite)
Contract: 12-month initial contract
Rate: Up to 650 per day (inclusive)
Security Clearance: SC Clearance eligible

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, development and continuous improvement of a critical ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional who can combine strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and strong delivery management skills to maximise product value and drive business outcomes.

Working alongside technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the product roadmap aligns with organisational objectives, market needs and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy and vision.
• Develop, maintain and prioritise a value-driven product roadmap.
• Manage and refine the product backlog to maximise business value.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Define release scope and ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Provide product leadership and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and technology partners.
• Establish effective governance processes, performance measures and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams on supplier lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for service innovation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
• Strong ServiceNow product knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience delivering and managing IT services and technology products.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Understanding of service design across the full service lifecycle.
• Broad technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience operating within structured governance environments.

Desirable Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation.
• ITIL 4 Specialist certifications or equivalent experience.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and/or SAFe Product Manager certification.
• PRINCE2 Agile qualification.
• Experience working within regulated or public sector environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Able to work in a hybrid environment with regular onsite attendance.
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day delivery management.
