Salary: 35,000- 40,000 + profit share bonus scheme

Be at the heart of a successful sales team!

We're working with a specialist SME in the hospitality sector, helping pubs, hotels, restaurants and leisure venues create outstanding spaces through outdoor commercial furniture.

They're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Internal Sales Administrator / Coordinator to join their team in Leamington Spa, supporting field-based Key Account Managers and helping turn customer enquiries into profitable orders.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll be much more than an administrator. From advising customers on products and preparing quotations to managing pricing, following up opportunities and coordinating orders, you'll play a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting the wider sales team.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting Key Account Managers with customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries, understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Producing prompt, accurate and commercially sound quotations while protecting profit margins.
  • Obtaining supplier costs, delivery information, lead times and stock availability.
  • Following up quotations, managing customer relationships and generating sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales reports and customer information using Pipedrive.
  • Monitoring the main sales inbox, uploading quotations to customer portals and providing cover when required.
  • Undertaking outbound calls and telemarketing, particularly during quieter periods.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in internal sales or sales support is essential.
  • A commercially minded approach, balancing customer service, winning orders and profitability.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work at pace.
  • Confident, professional communication skills with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • A proactive attitude, strong product-learning skills and the ability to take ownership.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records and following opportunities through to completion.

The business has a distinctly seasonal trading pattern, with its busiest period running from February to September. You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak season, with a greater focus on telemarketing and generating new opportunities during quieter months.

Benefits

  • 35,000- 40,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
  • Profit share bonus scheme, rewarding contribution to the business's success.
  • 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by two additional days after two years' service.
  • Workplace pension.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Online and in-person training, depending on requirements.
  • Occasional opportunities to visit customers face to face, subject to approval.
  • A varied role within a specialist SME where your contribution directly supports sales performance and business growth.

Ready to make an impact?

If you're an experienced internal sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, keeping opportunities moving and helping a sales team succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist business, develop your commercial expertise and play a key role in turning great customer service into great sales results.
