ERP & Digital Twin Expert - Discrete Manufacturing

We are looking for an ERP expert with strong experience in discrete manufacturing, complemented by expertise in Digital Twin and simulation technologies. The ideal candidate will understand manufacturing processes, workforce planning, and production-line optimization, and be able to translate these into ERP, simulation, and digital-twin solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ERP expertise across discrete manufacturing and production operations.

• Develop or support Digital Twin solutions for production lines, particularly in bottling and discrete manufacturing environments.

• Apply Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and Monte Carlo methods for workforce and production what-if analysis.

• Model production processes, capacity, bottlenecks, workforce requirements, and operational scenarios.

• Use simulation and digital-twin models to evaluate operational changes and support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, IT, and engineering teams to integrate ERP and digital-twin capabilities.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong ERP experience in discrete manufacturing.

• Practical experience with Digital Twin / Smart Manufacturing concepts.

• Hands-on knowledge of Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and Monte Carlo simulation.

• Experience modeling production lines, workforce, capacity, and bottlenecks.

• Exposure to bottling, packaging, or high-volume manufacturing is desirable.

• Ability to bridge ERP, manufacturing processes, simulation, and digital technologies.
