Systems Administrator with Windows Server & Oracle NetSuite - Remote

Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to serve as the primary technology liaison for three business-critical applications supporting facility management and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows Server administration experience, Oracle NetSuite administration or ERP experience, SaaS application support, and vendor management skills.

This role will participate in an on-call rotation, with approximately one week of on-call support each month.

Required:

• 3–6 years of IT systems administration or application support experience.
• Strong familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and managing vendor relationships.
• Working knowledge of Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML, or similar SSO technologies.
• Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues independently.
