Windows Server Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Windows Server Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise server and infrastructure environments for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and related infrastructure.
• Monitor server performance, system availability, and overall health.
• Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and security initiatives.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience supporting server and infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and patch management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
