Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development, integration, and delivery of a cloud-native healthcare technology platform. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional engineering teams, software delivery, system integrations, and program execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cloud development, APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
  • Drive integrations across hardware, software, and third-party technology partners.
  • Oversee sprint planning, release management, and deployments.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and DevOps teams.
  • Support healthcare interoperability initiatives using HL7/FHIR.
  • Monitor platform performance, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships and provide executive-level status reporting.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management, software delivery, or systems integration experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture.
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare, digital health, medical device, or clinical software experience.
  • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with regulated or government technology programs.
