Our client seeks a product operations professional to coordinate end-to-end launch execution. The role will track open questions and blockers across integrations and vendor dependencies, communicate status and risks to stakeholders proactively, and prepare materials for design and leadership reviews. This individual will convert ambiguous requests into clear action lists and ensure alignment among the right stakeholders before launch.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Own coordination for product launches from planning through release.
• Track and resolve open questions and blockers across integrations and vendors.
• Maintain transparent status, risks, and mitigation plans for stakeholders.
• Prepare concise materials for design and leadership reviews.
• Translate vague asks into clear, prioritized open-items lists.
• Facilitate alignment and approvals from the right stakeholders before launch.
• Drive cross-functional rituals and timelines to keep work on track.
• Document decisions, dependencies, and action items with clear owners and dates.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in product operations, technical program management, or scrum mastery.
• Proven record coordinating complex integrations and vendor dependencies.
• Demonstrated risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain structured action lists and status reporting.
• Familiarity with agile practices and cross-functional delivery.
