We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research.

Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.
Must have dispute resolution and trial experience.
Must have the ability to manage a high volume of clients and cases with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Responsibilities:*
• Litigation
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide appropriate legal advice
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations

• Skills:*
• Strong drafting skills
• Strong client service skills
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
• Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
• At least 1 year of experience litigating cases in court
