Must-Haves

• 2+ years of corrugated packaging sales experience
• Consultative B2B sales background
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and drive revenue growth
• Strong relationship-building and needs-based selling skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and strong at time management
• Willingness to travel to multiple customer locations weekly

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
• Build trusted partnerships through regular contact and onsite customer visits
• Assess packaging requirements and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Develop account strategies for retention and long-term growth
• Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive activity
• Lead presentations, meetings, and industry events
• Coordinate internal teams supporting key accounts
