The Role

• Responsible for the cross-site planning and execution of customer orders.
• Oversee cross-plant production planning and prioritization of orders.
• Review orders for feasibility and input them into the ERP system.
• Analyze and harmonize long-term order planning, considering capacities.
• Plan and monitor work processes and stock levels for in-house manufactured parts.
• Coordinate upcoming material requirements for externally procured components with material control.
• Coordinate and initiate shipping activities and manage scheduling for assemblies.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (e.g., Technician/Master Craftsman) ideally with additional commercial knowledge.
• Several years of professional experience in order planning and/or production control is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and experience with APS systems.
• Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office, along with teamwork and strong communication abilities.
