Change Manager Contract - Paying between £400 to £450 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in Bristol, Hybrid Working, To Start ASAP
Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major transformation programme through Discovery, mobilisation and implementation planning.

This is a hybrid Business Change and Project Delivery role, with a stronger emphasis on change. You will work across business, operational, policy and digital teams to drive stakeholder engagement, change readiness and adoption, while providing practical project support where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business change activities across a complex transformation programme
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops and communications
  • Assess change impacts and support readiness and adoption planning
  • Support implementation and transition into new ways of working
  • Contribute to benefits definition and benefits realisation
  • Support programme governance, reporting and RAID management
  • Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Provide project delivery support across Discovery and mobilisation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong Business Change/Change Management experience
  • Experience delivering transformation and organisational change at pace
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience with change impact, readiness, adoption and implementation planning
  • Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
  • Good understanding of project delivery, governance and RAID management
  • Experience supporting Discovery and mobilisation phases
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Change Management and/or Project Management qualification desirable
