Are you an experienced Change Manager who thrives on bringing people through change and delivering meaningful transformation?

We are looking for a highly engaging and people-focused Change Manager to lead and embed change across a significant programme of work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong change management expertise with outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record of delivering successful business change.

This role will suit a candidate who can confidently develop and drive change strategies while working closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and driving the people side of change alongside programme delivery.
• Developing and executing comprehensive change management plans.
• Designing and delivering engagement activities that build buy-in and support adoption.
• Facilitating workshops, focus groups and stakeholder sessions.
• Conducting stakeholder and strategic mapping to identify impacts and engagement requirements.
• Using recognised change management methodologies and frameworks to support delivery.
• Managing resistance to change and developing strategies to address challenges.
• Supporting service redesign initiatives and helping shape future ways of working.
• Measuring change adoption and embedding sustainable improvements.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience leading complex organisational change and transformation programmes.
• A strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and their practical application.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating workshops.
• Experience developing and implementing engagement strategies and methodologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder mapping abilities.
• Demonstrable experience supporting service redesign, transformation or organisational development initiatives.
• The ability to evidence successful change delivery and adoption outcomes.
• Local government experience not essential but preferred

Desirable

• Experience within HR, organisational development, employee engagement or people change programmes.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations undergoing significant transformation.
