We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for a colleague communications technology platform within a large enterprise environment.

This role will focus on transforming a fragmented technology estate into a scalable, self service platform that enables teams to plan, target, publish and measure colleague communications more effectively. A key area of responsibility will be shaping how communications are delivered through future AI enabled workplace experiences.

• Proven Product Management experience within enterprise technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and colleague communications technologies.
  
• Experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic product development with operational and legacy technology management.
• Experience working within agile and transformation environments.

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define outcomes and priorities.
• Develop scalable, self service capabilities.
• Drive platform consolidation and technology simplification.
• Improve targeting, measurement, resilience and colleague experience.
• Align communications technology with wider digital workplace and AI strategy.
