Are you passionate about travel, product development and creating experiences that visitors remember?
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing DMC and play a key role in developing and managing its UK and Ireland product portfolio across both FIT and Group travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate and contract travel products, services and experiences, securing competitive commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Identify new products, experiences and opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.
- Develop and manage products in line with client and market requirements.
- Manage product performance, promotions, packages and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate product loading and ensure products are accurately available for sale.
- Work closely with Operations and other teams to resolve product and supplier-related issues.
- Keep up to date with market trends, new experiences and destination developments.
- Attend supplier meetings, trade events and familiarisation trips, with some travel required.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years' experience in product, contracting, purchasing or supplier management within travel or tourism.
- Strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland tourism industry; France would be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities, suppliers and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Full UK or European driving licence.
- Must have the right to work in the country where the role is based.
