Looking for an IS Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master with Enterprise Data Warehouse
**Position Overview**  
We are seeking an experienced IS Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across large, long term, interdepartmental infrastructure and development projects. Working under minimal supervision, this individual will ensure project goals and technical objectives are accomplished within established timeframes and budgetary parameters. The ideal candidate brings deep agile delivery expertise, strong governance capability, and proven experience managing geographically distributed teams across complex enterprise initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Keep stakeholders and management consistently informed of progress toward milestones, negotiating adjustments to schedule and resources to maintain overall project quality.
* Function as the central point of contact for all project communications, leveraging the most effective communication channels based on urgency and context.
* Develop and deliver presentation content to drive alignment across project teams, sponsors, and steering groups.
* Establish and facilitate project governance, securing active executive sponsors and cross functional steering committees aligned on common goals.
* Collaborate with multiple project teams to organize enterprise data platform releases in accordance with established release processes.
* Partner with engineering teams and Product Owners to create release notes, plan deployment validation steps, and ensure smooth operational handoffs.
* Identify and analyze project risks to determine exposure, implementing proactive mitigation strategies and appropriate escalation paths when scope, schedule, or budget are impacted.
* Develop and manage detailed work breakdown structures, project schedules, and timelines using tools such as WorkOtter, Jira, and SharePoint.
* Develop, monitor, and manage staffing plans, resource allocations, and task estimates, using negotiation skills to balance workloads and achieve milestones.
* Track project forecasts, actuals, and financials weekly in Excel and WorkOtter.
**Required Qualifications**
* At least 5 years of hands on experience managing complex IT initiatives as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
* Proven experience managing large teams with members working across multiple geographic locations.
* Demonstrated track record structuring work into distinct workstreams within a large program and managing multiple concurrent IT projects.
* Strong applied proficiency with project management and Scrum techniques, including sprint planning, Jira board management, Scrum ceremonies, risk management, budgeting, and SaaS or RFP evaluations.
* Direct experience managing technology vendor contracts and third party deliverables.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to represent project work effectively up to executive leadership levels.
* Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to build trusting team environments, resolve conflicts, and translate discussions into actionable delivery plans.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience supporting Cloud Data Platforms in marketing, customer analytics, or personalization within an omnichannel retail environment.
* Hands on proficiency with WorkOtter, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Practical understanding of business process transformation and organizational change management
