Job Description

We are looking for an Advanced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team to lead testing efforts for large-scale enterprise healthcare, enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing systems.

 
Position: Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced
 
Location: Columbia, SC
 
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (5 days/week)
 
Interview Process: 1-Round Virtual Interview
 

Key Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ Years QA/QC Experience: End-to-end software testing, smoke tests, SIT, E2E, and regression testing.
  • Requirements Translation: Converting complex business policies into test plans and test scenarios.
  • Automation Testing: 3+ years hands-on experience using Sahi Pro or Selenium test automation frameworks.
  • Test Design Techniques: Proficiency in Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
  • Test Design Tools: Hands-on experience with PICT or equivalent orthogonal tools.
  • QA Process Frameworks: Working knowledge of CMMI, TMMI, TPI, or SPICE guidelines.

Preferred Skills (Plus)

  • Healthcare / Medicaid domain knowledge (HIPAA EDI & X12 transactions).
  • Hands-on proficiency with Jira & Confluence (Agile & Waterfall).

Education & Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field (OR 5+ years equivalent QA experience).
  • Location Notice: Candidates must reside in SC or be willing to relocate prior to starting.
