Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Appian Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will provide architectural guidance, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Appian applications.
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee development teams, ensuring adherence to Appian best practices.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Appian applications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Appian BPM.
• Strong expertise in Appian architecture, design patterns, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Appian plug-ins, smart services, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Appian 21.x/22.x or higher versions.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
• Experience in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).
• Prior experience working with financial services or large enterprise clients.
