we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. C ram V6 Certified Developer
  2. Social enterprise management experience. 4 years
  3. Experience as a C ram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing. 4 years
  4. Experience in development with both the C ram Enterprise Framework and C ram Solution Modules. 4 years
  5. Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. 4 years
  6. Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. 4 years
  7. Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 4 years
  8. Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency, independently identify options.
  9. Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
  10. Experience using the C ram Enterprise Framework Components, C ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), C ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT). 4 years
  11. Experience using Oracle and Subversion. 4 years
  12. Technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL. 4 years
  13. Techical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL). 4 years

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
  2. Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere.
  3. Experience with state government IT Functions.
  4. Experience with the Curam Child Care Module
