Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive


Location: Mangalore

Experience: 2-3 Years

Industry: Aviation/Edtech (Preferred, but not mandatory)

CTC: Upto 5 LPA

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and excellent client service.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
  • Keep track of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident personality with excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Aviation, Consulting, Infrastructure, or a similar industry is a plus.
